incorrectly by State as commercial. This
is a'True' town home development. The
foundation plans originally submitted,
however, are the same. Melissa Espiritu
of Drees asks that we review and release
for FDN only at this point, while they
take the other portions of the plans
bade through the State.
-State Release has two conditions/notes:
1. This foundation release will permit
work to grade only. Any corrective work
found to be necessary as a result of
plan review, subsequent to the issuance
of the foundation release shall be done
at the applicant's expense, per code.
2. NOTE. Conditions will be noted on the
Construction Design Release.
This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All eonstreictiou
must be completed (00 issued) within two (?) years of the issuance date.
