At the time of approval, they could not give me a definitive answer regarding the type of uses to be in!this building. I have advised the Developer of this and the fact that when the tenant spaces are determined, they might be subject to additional Connection Fees based upon actual usage. All houses, buildings, etc., shall connect to the District's sanitary sewer system within 90 days of notice providing a sewer is within 300, feet for Hamilton County or 100 feet for Boone County of the property line.
