--At submittal, PER ENGINEERING, only
buildings 1, 10, 11, 12, and 13 are
available for submittal/release. The
rest of the project infrastructure is
not yet in place. (These were the
buildings submitted on 2/2107, for FUN
only at this time.)
--Water was handled through Indianapolis
water prior to the buyout by Carmel
Utilities. Therefore, no water permit
fees will be needed.
-Sewer permit fees need to be paid at
submittal, or (for the first 5 bldgs)
when the building permits are issued.
--PRIF fees were paid prior to the
building permits being submitted. Copy
of receipt in this file.
--Inidividual unit addresses will be
assigned when full sets of plans are
received. Street addresses are per
Bill Akers.
This permit is valid only iconstruction commences within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release.
All construction must be completed (Ci0 issued) within two (2) years of the issuance dare.
