SUMMARY OF LATERAL INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS 1. All houses, buildings, etc., shall connect to the District's sanitary sewer system within 90 days of notice provi sewer is within 300-feet for Hamilton County or 100 feet for Boone County of the, property line. Such notification shall be made 24 prior to the need for the inspection. If the inspection fails and a second inspection is required, or contractor is.n site for scheduled inspection, ortifails to cancel inspection, an additional fee. of $100.00 will be due. This must be prior to the time of the follow up inspection. 5.
