Planning Commission Special Study Committee,
I had the opportunity to attend your recent meeting where the three dockets relating to the
Justus Property were presented. I was very pleased to see the Holiday Inn Express
proposal tabled again. I am a resident of Kensington Place--the address is indicated
below. After the public comments, Justus presentation and then comments from your
Commission, I felt there were just too many questions that didn't get discussed or
answered. Therefore, I would like to request that your Special Study Committee consider
my comments and questions as part of your project review. Please open the attachment
for my comments and questions. I want to be a good neighbor and help make our
community a great place to work and live. Your consideration will be appreciated, and I
hope to see you all at your next meeting on the 28th.
