There is a problem with the location of the driveway in the easement on the south side and we cannot review or issue this application due to this situation. You have 3 options to consider for compliance: 1) flip the house so the driveway is on the north side 2) move the house so the driveway does not encroach into the easement or 3) obtain a "Consent to Encroach" from the Carmel Engineer's Office to allow the driveway to remain where it is shown on the plans. Please take care of this as soon as possible as we cannot issue the permit which would allow you to commence construction. If you chose either of the first 2 options a new site plan must be submitted to show the changes in the location of the driveway.
