Dear Mr. Shinaver:
At the meeting held Monday, August 27,2007, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Development Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 10330 N. Meridian
Street.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 07070061 V through 07070065V Development Standards Variances for wall signs
larger than permitted, with the Condition that the small signs on both sides ofthe entrances will be removed.
Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the signs approved pursuant to
the aforementioned Development Standards Variances must be established within one (1) year. The expiration date
of the approval is August 27,2008.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your appHcation materials in order to assist the Department's review.
