Dear Christine:
Enclosed please find the following in regard to the above matter:
1. An original and one copy of the Sign Variance Application;
2. A copy of all the current site signage and proposed site signage;
3. A surrounding area map and zone map;and,
4. The tax card
My understanding is that the schedule will be as follows:
7/13 - Appljcation due
7/27 - Noon Shinaver email notice to paper for publication
8/2 - Shinaver publish, post sign, and mail certified mail notice
8/17 - Noon brochures due
8/27- 5:30 pm Hearing Officer or 6:00 pm BZA Hearing

Also, I will contact you and Mike Hollibaugh next week so that we can discuss
the following:
1. Confirm that we have identified all required variances and confirm that the
Staff will support these requests.
2. Determine if these variances can be presented to the Hearing Officer, in lieu
ofthe full BZA, for a final determination.
3. Discuss the required Amended ADLS/DP Application and the impact of St.
Vincent's recent approvals. In this regard, you will note that many of the
directional signage and other signage that was part of the St. Vincent's ADLS
Amendment approval before the Special Studies Committee included a review
of Thomson's new signage. In any event, due to the St. Vincent approval, we
will need to closely review our proposed sign package.
After we conduct the meeting described above, my understanding is that your
office will then be able to assign docket numbers to all required variances and provide to
me the filing fees for the same.
