The grant of this variance will not be c:ontrary to the public interest, due to the existence of special condition(s) such that enforcement of the zoning ordinance will -result in unnecessary hardship because: The development area of the southern portion of the site has been drasticallv reduced with construction of the roundabout and the re uired access street from Old Meridian to Penns Ivania Street. This reduction severel limits the amount of parkinq and the viable uses for that portion of the site. 2. The grant of this variance will not be injurious to the public health. safety, morals and general welfare of the community because: a financial institution provides services vital to the redevelopment of the Old Meridian corridor and its residents and businesses, 3. The use or value of the area adjacent to the subject property will not be substantially affected in any adverse manner because: a financial institution 4. The need for the variance arises from a natural condition peculiar to the subject property because: of the reduced developmentarea and available area for adiacent parkinq as set forth in paraqraph 1 of these findinQs. 5.
