The applicant seeks the following waivers for the proposed plat:

to face internal street
06050023 Sw: sca Chapter 7.05.07 Clearing of greater than 15% of mature woodlands.

Hi Mike, Matt, and Angie,
Today I mailed to Mike 3 copies of the revised plans. They are revised to show a 70' ROW for Meeting House
Road. I think they represent the best balance of different interests, and show some sensitivity to the neighbors to
the north.
We will not be in a position to go to Subdivisi on Committee on 10/3--please show us as continued. If the
revised plans are going in the right direction, we will return to Subdivision Committee in November.
