for Lots 973. 974,975, 978.979, and 980:

The Village of WestClay Section 6002 secondary plat was previously recorded, Instr.
#200500080673. Brenwick Development is re-platting Lots 973, 974, 975, 978, 979, and
980; there is no increase or decrease in lot count. The lot lines are being adjusted slightly for
product fit.
Please review and forward any comments. Once review is complete, please assign a docket
number so that we may pay the required fees as determined by DOCS prior to the BPWS
meeting. We will then follow up with the signed mylars and paper copies for Mike Hollibaugh
to sign the replat and forward to Dick Hill in Engineering to be placed on the next BPWS
agenda.
I have also submitted two paper copies to Dick Hill in Engineering so that he is aware we are
requesting the replat to be on the next available BPWS agenda.
