Re: McClammer Accounting signage
To Whom It May Concern:
I ain writing this letter to vetify that Centennial Homes (existing) and
McClammer Accounting (proposed) wiJJ be the only tenants with signs on this property. I
want to assure the city that no other tenants, in my building, will be permitted to put a
personal sign out in from of my property. In the event a new tenant arrives and insists
on having their oWn sign, J will revisit the topic and research the costs of a multi-tenant
directory sign.
If the need to build a tenant directory sign arises in the future, I would remove all
other signage from the frontage of my property and resubmit an application to the city for
the new sign. Tfully uriderstZlQd the incurred costs and time that will be required if the
project is implicated in the future. We are not in need of a monument sign at this time
and I do not believe we will need oh.e in the future. This is why I am confident in stating
that it is appropti'ate for McClammer Accounting to be able to post a .sign in front of the
property, in the IIiean time.
