Dear Jim:
The Special Studies Committee of the Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting
September 04, 2007 regarding the ATchitectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping and Signage Amendment (ADLS
Amend) application for the replacement of 17 existing signs -110 new locations. There is a slight change with the
logo and color scheme and the petitioner appeared before the BZA for a variance in the size of some of the signs.
The signs will appear as red during the day, white at night.
APPROVED: Docket No. 07080006 ADLS Amend, Thomson Signage application for the replacement of
17 existing signs was approved as presented. The signs will appear as red during the day,
white at night.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
