Filed by Doug Staley, Jr. of Staley Signs, Inc. The applicant seeks committee approval for six new wall signs. Two ofthe signs will be located on Building A (currently occupied). Currently, Urology of Indiana and Midwest Fertility have wall signs facing Meridian St. on Building A. Signs facing Illinois St. will be allowed 115 sq. f1. of sign area per the Sign Ordinance, and this is being requested by the applicant. Signs facing Meridian 81. will be allowed 95 sq. ft. per the Variance approval of 04110022 V, and this is what the applicant is requesting. The signs will be internally illuminated, individual channel letters with white faces. The logos may not exceed 25% of the total signage area. Please refer to your packets for more details. Note: This item only requires final approval by this committee. The Department of Community Services recommends the Special Studies Committee approve the request after all comments and concerns have been addressed.
