Good Morning:
The W.A. Zimmer Company has been contracted to construct a non-
load bearing wall that will enclose an existing alcove. The roof is the
existing house roof. The foundation is the existing house slab. The wall
will be framed in under the existing supporting beam. This room will
be used as a three season area to stay out of the weather and also
protection from insects. Windows and door are extruded aluminum
using non-insulated, tempered glass. This wall will be entirely within
parameters of existing house.
)(our first note requests legal plot plan - do you want a copy of home -
owner's survey?
Second request - distance - setback - Site plan turned in with request
shows nearest side yard at 27' - back yard at 45'. Are you looking for
something else?
Third -- documentation of wall system?
Wanting to comply in every way- not sure how.
