It was discovered on 9121107, that the
address of 1403 Main St W, which was
originally assigned for this building,
is actually still the address of an
existing residence. Under the original
plans that Bill Akers used to assign
addresses, this home was to be demo'd,
and therefore the address would be free
to use. However, the development later
changed, and this property was not
included in the development. Therefore,
as of 9121/07, the address for building
# 1 is being changed to: 1419 Main St.
W. The builderldeveloper has been
advised of the change. SNL is updating
this record, and re-running the permit
paperwork to reflect the corrected
address.
AMENDMENT/REVISION TO STATE RELEASE #
321683 submitted 4120/07, for the
remainder of the State Release.
Construction type: V-B, SPK. Occupancy
Classification: R-2. Now includes ARCH,
ELEC, MECH. PLUM, STIR. Standard release
with four conditions re:
1. One or more fire walls are being
provided for the purposes of allowable
area and minimum construction type per
code.
2. All conditions set forth by the
Indiana Fire Prevention and Building
Safety Commission on variance submission
shall be considered part of the release
documents and do not apply to future
additions or alterations of this
structure, per code.
3. The Fire Prevention and Building
Safety Commission has granted one or
more variances which apply to this
project.
4. Detailed plans/specs of the fire
suppression system shal be filed.

--At submittal, PER ENGINEERING, only
buildings 1, 10, 11, 12, and 13 are
available for submittallrelease. The
rest of the project infrastructure is
not yet in place. (These were the
buildings submitted on 212/07, for FDN
only at this time.)
--Water was handled through Indianapolis
water prior to the buyout by Carmel
Utilities. Therefore, no water permit
fees will be needed.
-Sewer permit fees need to be paid at
submittal, or (for the first 5 bldgs)
when the building permits are issued.
--PRIF fees were paid prior to the
building permits being submitted. Copy
of receipt in this file.
--Inidividual unit addresses will be
assigned when full sets of plans are
received. Street addresses are per
Bill Akers.
This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release.
All construction must be completed (C/O issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.

Steve,
I left you a voice mail on this.....
Building 1 of Alexandria was assigned very early on in the addressing procedures of and address of 1403 W Main
St.... that home still exist today 2 parcels to the east of Building 1 ( I thought it was going to be demolished
according to early stages of site plans I received... it looked that way.... but after doing a site visit, I saw that was
not the case.
So the address for Building 1 will be changed from 1403 to 1419 W Main St.
Please be advised that Sarah Lillard will be sending you updated permit paperwork showing the correct address.
