The sketches you provided need a small change. The roof panels need to attach to the beam that carries the
balcony above, not to the face of the balcony's band board. And the area under the balcony and above the roof
needs to be closed-in to eliminate a place for wasp or bird nests. It would look best it the columns were equally
proportioned and as small as possible. There are good examples along that North fence line to the East of
Mrs. Brikla's.
I will prepare a formal approval with these exceptions hopefully today. If you have any questions please call
me at 439-8222.
