CONSTRUCTION DRAWiNG REVIEW COMMENTS 35. General Comments a. It would be helpful to include a site location map on the cover sheet to orient the project for persons not familiar with the site. The map could include the stadium, Keystone Avenue, 136th Street and the proposed location of the support building. b. It would also be helpful to label existing features such as the stadium visitor seating, Keystone A venue, etc. on the sheets of the set. c, Since this set of drawings is specifically for the support building at the Todd Witsken Tennis Center, the cover sheet and interior sheets should reflect this. d. The Topographic Conditions sheet includes the Carmel Freshman Center as part of the identification. We assume this is incorrect. " Mr. Allen J. Cradler June 21, 2007 CHS Witsken Tennis Center Support Building - Project Review #1 Page 4 of5 e. This project is subject to the Stormwater Management Ordinance, which was adopted February 6, 2006 if the area ofland disturbance is greater than 0.25 acre. f.
