The conunents from the City review have been satisfactorily addressed with the following exceptions: DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS 1. PreviouS 'coiTrri,lellt 38~'~~ provide the requisite storm water/drainage information required by Section 100 Of the Sto=rm' a er Technical Standards Manual on the plan sheets. Thank you. Certain information shall be placed on the plan sheets. 2. Previous comment 38d. Be advised that the Department of Engineering does not have approval authority of Landscaping and Lighting. Please do not include these items in future construction plans submitted for review andlor approval. Thank you. Please remove the landscape plan from the cover sheet. 3. Previous comment 38p. Please indicate the off.site detention location and verify if off-site easements are required. Please also verify that detention was previously master planned and that proposed "c" value is consistent with value anticipated when master planned. We will verify with Crossroad Engineers. 4. A maintenance of traffic plan is required for entrance construction and right-of-way work. The Department assumes there will be lane restrictions on Old Meridian. Such plan shall conform with the INDOT Work Zone Safety Manual. Thank you for adding the plan. Please provide a plan to restrict a lane if that is necessary. A variance will be needed to be sought for the City's two BMP requirement. Acknowledged with the understanding of the Engineering Department's support in consideration of LI D. 2. After further consideration of the roof downspouts, I think this stormwater should be treated. If a green roof is no longer being considered, a small catch basin insert product (Smart Sponge, Lange Industries, ete.) to filter the stormwater may be an acceptable practice. A catch basin filter insert has been indicated on the plans to treat the roof drainage. Hamilton County Surveyor's Office From Greg Hoyes, Plan Reviewer: Letter dated August 7, 2007 4. We request that all responses to our comments be provided in writing. Failure to provide written responses may result in delay of the review process.
