HomeMy WebLinkAboutLetter of Grant City of Carmel Department of Community Services Division of Planning & Zoning LETTER of GRANT September 21, 2007 Jim Shinaver, Attorney Nelson & Frankenberger 3105 East 98th Street, #170 Indianapolis IN 46280 RE: Old Meridian ShoDpes at Providence, Phase 2 Docket No. 07070060 DP/ADLS Dear Jim: The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting September 18, 2007 regarding the Development Plan and Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping and Signage (DP/ADLS) application tor Providence at Old Mendian Shoppes, Phase 2, located at the northeast corner of Old Meridian Street and Cannel Drive, zoned OM- V/Old Meridian Village. APPROVED: Old Meridian Shoppes at Providence, Phase 2, Docket No. 07070060 DP/ADLS. The application for one, mixed-use building located on 2.5 acres at the northeast corner of Old Meridian Street and Carmel Drive was approved CONDITIONED UPON: 1) The petitioner continuing to work with the Carmel Engineer regarding final construction plan approval to comply with the City 2) Urban Forester approval regarding the landscape plan 3) Approval from the Hamilton County Surveyor. *Note: The proposed building will be LEED compatible and LEED certified. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for pemlits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
