This project falls within the jurisdiction of Hamilton County, 2. The proposedproject DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protect Zone. 3. Fax 317-881-0885 . info@foresightengineering.com u u DRAINAGE REPORT PROPOSED OFFICE/WAREHOUSE FOR Oakfield Development II, LLC Lot 1, Block 1 Mayflower Park Carmel, IN PROJECT NARRA riVE This project consists of installing a new driveway to the existing developed 6.291 acre tract. The existing access to said property comes from the north which is being sold to Bell-Horn Inc. (#04090013 T AC). Therefore a new driveway is required. The existing site contains an approximate 36,000 square foot office/warehouse with concrete parking and docking areas. The grass area along the east side of the parking lot is a dry retention area and outlets the stormwater to infrastructure at the southeast comer of the property. This driveway will disturb approximately 0.1 acres of the existing site. EXISTING DRAINAGE PATTERN The existing concrete pavement concrete contains infrastructure \vhich outlets to the existing detention area. A swale along the north property line flows from west to east into the detention area. An exiting IS-inch RCP under the current drive will be removed during the Bell-Horn development. PROPOSED DRAINAGE CONFIGURA TION The proposed drive will be constructed along the north property line. An IS-inch Rep will be placed parallel to the drive to collect existing runoff from the existing swale. The pipe will cross the proposed driveway at 99th Street and outlet into the detention area. SUMMARY The proposed driveway does not significantly increase stormwater runoff amounts and the existing infrastructure system is in place and will not be altered. #-1 ~/-- /Mark A.
