The proposed project falls in the incorporated area and MS4 jwisdiction of the City of Carmel. 2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Cannel Wellhead Protection. Zone. 3. The proposed project does fall ~ the Morrow-Follett Regulated Drain Watershed. 4. This lot does have part of the 75. statutory regulated drain easement along the west boUndary of the lot. Any new encroachments within this easement will need to be approved by Hamilton County Drainage Board. S. The Hamilton County Surveyor.s Office bas no objections to tbe use variancr.:. 6. The property is also identified by the following tax parcel No. 16-09-25-12-02-001.000. . - - ~ Skin Sense is asking the Cannel Zoning Board for approval of the request for a Use Variance to relocate business already established in the Arts & Design District. There are no planned modification to the exterior of the present structure. Proposed site signs meeting local codes are detailed on the attached plan sheet.
