Detailed plans/specs of the fire suppression system shall be filed. 2. The design and construction of the mezzanine shall be in accordance with Section 505, IBC (675 AC 13-2.4). 3. Each door in a means of egress from an occupancy group of A or E having an occupant load of 100 or more shall not be provided with a latch or lock unless it is panic hardware, per code. 4. The fire alarm system shall be designed as specified in section 907 IFC (675 IAC 22-2.3) and N.F.P.A. 72 (675 AC 22-2.2-17), per code. 5. Manual fire alarm pull stations shall be located and installed per code. 6. Upon completion of the installation of the fire alarm system, a satisfactory test of the entire system shall be made. All functions of the system or alteration shall be tested, per code. --FOR THE POOL (Permit # 07090102) CLASS'D' POOL & SPA, with 8 conditions RE: 1. Deck around the pool shall be of impervious material and of a non-slip design per Rule 2 Secton 13(b) ISPC. 675 IAC 20-2-13). 2. The deck slope shall comply with Rule 2, Section 13(e) and (i), ISPC. (675 AC 20-2-13). 3. Hose bibbs shall be supplied for the deck area, per code. 4. Pool waste water shall be discharged into an acceptable sewage system, per code. 5. Life safety equipment shall be provided, per code. 6. Not less than one (1) drinking fountain shall be provided and available to bathers at the pool site, per code. 7. Supply air to swimming pool and associated deck areas shall not be re- circulated unless such air is dehumidified to maintain the relative humidity of the area at or less then 60 percent, per code. 8. Supply air to a swimming pool shall not be re-circulated to other spaces, per code. Submittal meeting 9124/07 with John Turek, Kristina Rexing, Jim Blanchard, Sarah Lillard, and Veronica Dolan. Bldr still needs to provide copy of CTRWD permit, and has agreed to submit it by 9125/07. Scott Brewer is waiting for commitment Itr, and then he will sign off. He will let SNL know as soon as it is ok. SNL is also waiting for call from G.Hoyes and R.Thompson that all Co. Surveyors office issues are resolved. Permit will not be released until all these items are completed. SNL agreed at meeting to send amount of permit to builder ASAP, so they can get a check. J.Blanchard told applicants that he will have this reviewed by noon on 9128/07. SNL went over re-inspection, additional/extra, and late fees with applicants. This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Releasc.
