To do this, I will need the following information: a. Project Name b. Project Address as assigned by Bill Akers of the Carmel Communications Department c. Related Docket numbers from Planning & Zoning approval process d. Contact name, company name, phone number, and email address. This is the person who will be cc'd on the email, and whose responsibility it will be to contact directly any office that replies with outstanding issues. 2. We would not accept any plans or paperwork in advance of you submittal meeting. 3. The email is sent to various representatives of: a. City of Carmel Planning & Zoning office b.
