The PUD ordinance for this site requires aiD' B.S.L. along the east line of site. The easements cOver more than this 10' of area, but if the easements were ever vacated for any reason the property owner would have the right by ordinance to build to the 10' B.S.L. Simili;lrly along the southern line of Block A, a 10' minimum building sepal'ation is required in the PUD ordinance which would make the B.S.L. along each side of the property line 5' wide. This 8.S .L. again would lie within the 7.5' platted drainage and utility easemenl. Please note also that the easements were platted as part of the overall Village Green Section One Plat so they already exist. Please advise if, given this information, showing the bUilding setback along the east property line as 10' and along the south property line as 5' is acceptable or if you will require the building setback line to be at least as far into the properly as the easements.
