APPROVED: Docket No. 94-02 PP a petition seeking approval to plat a 2I5-lot residential subdivision. The Plan Commission voted nvelve (12) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby granting the petition. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
