10129107, Eng. okay with permit release
and FEIN inspections only. Nothing else
until they have fully completed their
plan review.
Submittal meeting 10118/07. During
discussion, it was discovered that
plans being submitted were a later
version, and not the ones represented
by State Release #324631-dated 9(18107.
However, the footings/site have not had
any amendments since that release. Per
Deputy Building Commissioner, we will
review plans for foctinglsile release
only at this time. Builder then needs
to provide updated State release, for
the plans we are keeping in the office,
which are dated 10116107. SNL told
Rob Worrell of builder and John
Finnemore of Red Robin, that once that
set is released, it will be reviewed,
and the rest of cons tructionlinspections
will be released. FURTHER, it was made
clear that this is the set to which the
building is to be built. (Discussion
with Finnernore was over phone,) Also
discussed at the meeting were inspection
procedures, and how fees (re-inspect,
late fee, and extraladditional fees) can
be assessed. Also was discussed that
Gary Duncan must fully sign off on his
plan review before we will release the
permit,
