a remodel of the old existing suite 100
area, plus they are adding a mezzanine/
deck level. Additionally the are
replacing some doors in existing store-
fronts with glass. SNL has referred
builder to Angie Conn-

PLANNING & ZONING ISSUES ARE OKAY.
"State release # 329260, dated 101407,
for ARCH, ELEC, MECH. Have listed
plumber, but no plumbing release.
Release has eight conditions, RE:
1. Plans/specs for revised fire
suppressionsystem shall be filed.
2. No addition/alterafion/repair shall
cause existing exit capacities to become
less than required per code.
3. Required fire barrier shall have a
minimum fire-resistive construction.
4. Buildings shall be accessible to
persons with disabilities, per code.
5. No change in character or use of any
building or structure shall be permitted
which shall cease the bldg or structure
to be classified within a different
occupancy group or within a different
division of the same occupancy group,
unless such bldg/structure complies with
or is made to comply with the current
rules of the Indiana Fire Prevention and
Building Safely Commission.
6. Bldgs that are heated or mechanically
cooled shall be constructed so as to
provide the required thermal performance
of the various components.
7. Exterior walls shall have fire-
resistive ratings, per code.
8. Exits shall discharge directly to the
exterior of the building, per code.
This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All eonstnrcticn
must be completed (CIO issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
