Today I received the letter of grant for our Westhaven filing and noticed a minor discrepancy in the explanation of the conditions. The conceptual landscape plan that was requested will be absent a species list as well. One of the reasons I gave for not wanting to provide a detailed plan was that I did not want to tell a homeowner at this level that they had to have a particular type of tree if they did not want it.
