He is asking for Water and Sanitary Sewer Availability approval from the Board. Do you think the following is appropriate? 1" Floor 1545 sq. ft. @ 0.5/1000 = 0.77 EDUs 2nd Floor 1 Bdrm. @ 0.54 EDUs Total EDUs 1.31 Or use the 82.7 gal/day/unit we have been using for apartment complexes which would lower the EDUs for the 1 Bdrm. Not to exceed an average daily flow of 393.0 gallons per day. Sanitary Sewer. 1.31 EDUs per Sewer Ordinance S58. Not to exceed an average daily flow of 393.0 gallons per day. Construction or development of this project must begin within twelve (12) months or said approval expires and the developer or builder must reapply to the Board.
