Dear Chris:
The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting October 16, 2007 regarding the Primary
Plat application and Subdivision Waiver for Access to Collector Roads for three lots on 2.33 acres located at the
northeast corner of 141 sl Street and Ditch Road, Carmel, Indiana.
APPROVED: Forestal Estates Minor Subdivision, Docket No. 07050013 PP and Docket No. 07050019
SW, SCO Chapter 6.03.19, Access to Collector Roads. The application was approved as
presented to the Plan Commission. The development will conform to the City's draft
residential architectural guidelines.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for pemrits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
