Market Street Indianapolis, IN 46204-4900 C Q ~J-, October 26, 2007 Re: S1.U1I'ise ROW - 07090008 V Dear Mr. Monroe: At the meeting held Monday, October 22, 2007, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at the northeast corner of Old Meridian Street and US 31. APPROVED: Docket No. 07090008 V Development Standards Variance for not dedicating ROW along Old Meridian Street as is required by the Zoning Ordinance. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit ofthe Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction ufthe improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is October 22, 2008. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a COP)' of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
