Dear Mr. Dury:
At the meeting held Monday, October 22, 2007, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer
took the fonowing action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located
at 10250 N. Illinois Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. 07090004 V Development Standards Variance for two non-illuminated wall signs, with
eight-inch high dark bronze aluminum letters (total square footage not to exceed 45), not facing the street Right-of-
way.
Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the sign approved pursuant to
the aforementioned Development Standards Variance must be established within one (I) year. The expiration date of
the approval is October 22, 2008.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
