RE: 10250 N. Illinois Street - Permission for Wall Signs that do not face public
right-of-way.
Dea r Staff:
On behalf of House Investments Capital Markets X, LLC, we are providing (a)
one (1) original application for a Use Variance Request and two (2) copies of the
same and (b) two copies of all relevant sign renderings and site plan drawings
(showing location of ground signs and building set backs for wall sign distance
calculation). We are also requesting that this matter be heard by the Hearing
Officer of the BZA.
Per our last hearing on August 27,2007, there will be no additional filing fees
charged for this Use Variance Request. Please reference the minutes from that
meeting should you have any questions concerning the approval of no additional
