its meeting in the City Hall Caucus Rooms at 5 :15pm, on Monday, October 22, 2007,
regarding applications for Devel<}pment StandardS Variances on four properties located at

The City of Cannel is seeking Developinent Standards Variances on behalf of the property
owners to relieve them of minimum lot area requirements. .current zoning of these
properties as 8-1/ Residence requires lots without service from community water and
sanitary sewer (well & septic) to be. at least on~ acre ih size. HQweyer, future widening of
1315t Street will cause e<.l.ch oJ th~se lots to be l~ss than one acre in size. The granting of
tl:1e proposed Variances should alleviate the property owners of potential undue hardship in
future matters associated with their reduced lot sizes.
