Petitioner seeks Amendment to the Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage
approval granted under 162-01 ADLS for an auto dealership. The site is located northeast
of East 96th Street and Keystone Avenue. The site is zoned B-3/Busmess and is located
partially within the SR 431/Keystone Overlay Zone.

The applicant is again requesting to modify their plans to make improvements to the facility at
96t11 and Keystone. Please see the applicant's inf0l111ational booklet for a complete illustration of
the proposed change (provided with the distribution oftlle agenda last week). This information
includes the elevations of the building as approved by the Commission and the proposed change
requested by the applicant. The proposed changes provide greater relief to the fa9ade. This was
a request at the time'of the Oliginal approval.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the ADLS
Amendment as presented.
The Special Studies Committee can take final action on this request.
