New Car Sales Building: Dan Young previously obtained ADLS approval under Docket No.
46-0 l-ADLS (the "First Approval"). The First Approval was then amended by the approval obtained
under Docket No. 162-01 DP/ ADLS (the "Second Approval"). The Applicant now desires to amend
the Second Approval to pennilthe modification of the south elevation ofthe main bui Iding located
in the northwest corner oflhe real estate. The south elevation of the main building approved by the
Second Approval is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "C", and the requested
redesign is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "D". The redesign will be consistent
with previously approved architecture and design.
