Mr. Engelking announced that Laurence Lillig will be replacing Kelli. Lawrence as the

Mr. Lillig distributed an update on the projects that DOCS is'workitlg on at this time
related to the CRC:

Ms. Weese, after checking the invoice, said the Cinergy costs will be about $75,000,
more than the $70,000 which was estimated. That invoice will be received soon.
