Lillig reported attorney Paul Reis filed a variance for Kosene for a temporary construction sign on Parcel 2a. Discussion followed about signage at City Center and which entity (DOCS or CRC) authorizes the sign design and placement. Architectnral Review Committee Mr. Oldsnoted a new member needs to be assigned to the Review Committee to replace Ms. Snyder. Mr. Battreall volunteered. Mr. Sharp moved the CRC.appoint Mr. Battreall to the Architectural Review Committee. Following a second by Mr. Koven, the motion was unanimously approved.
