Ordinance No. Z-385-02 affects only Lot 8 within Carey's Addition to CalmeL Ordinance No. Z-385-02 does not amend any provision of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance regarding penallies or forfeiture prescribed for a violation of tbe ordinance.
