CARMEL REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION Meeting; Tuesday, September 21,
2004
Vice President Ron Carter called the meeting to order at 7:01 p,m, Commission members
present were Bob Battreall and Rick Sharp, constituting a quorum.
Also present was Les Olds. Phyllis Morrissey as support staff.
Openiul! of Bids
Sealed bids were opened for the demolition of O'Malia:s and Goodyear buildings. See
tally sheet for results.
The bids will be taken under advisement and the successful bidder will be announced at
the next CRCmeeting, October 5, 7 p.m.
In response to a question, Mr. Olds explained how the bid process works, noting all
bidders were given the same bid information.
Mr. OIds will meet with the two lowest bidders to make sure they understood the project
when bidding.
