Signage is very important to our business for the following reasons: First, we are largely a retail business that is dependant upon walk in traffic. Secondly, we need to be visible to both our customers and to delivery drivers. Many of our existing customers, who used to do business with us in Indianapolis, are now coming north to Carmel to do business with us. However, because of our 'hidden' location and without signage, they are already struggling to find us, having to call multiple times and almost be led in over the telephone. Finally, our business and sign complement the other businesses and signs in the area and will be a draw to the area from our existing Indianapolis customer base, bringing business revenue to Carmel.
