Dear Mr. Todd:
The Special Studies Committee of the Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting
November 01,2007 regarding the Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping and Signage Amelldment (ADLS
Amend) application for one new ground sign located at the corner of City Center Drive and Carmel Garden Drive.
APPROVED: Docket No. 07100015 ADLS Amend., Carmel Station Signage. The application was
approved for a new limestone and brick ground sign at City Center Drive and Carmel
Garden Drive. The limestone sign area will arch to match the existing rod iron and brick
sign on Clark Street and Carmel Garden Dr. The proposed sign will have black lettering
and logo etched into the limestone. Note: The spikes on the Clark S1. sign will be capped
off for safety reasons.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy ofthis letter when submitting applications for sign
penruts regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
