At the meeting held Monday, November 26,2007, the Cannel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at
472 McLaren Lane.
APPROVED: Docket No. 07100016 V Development Standards Variance for deck encroaching into easement
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By tbat time, either continuous construction oftbe
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must bave
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date oftbe approval is November 26, 2008,
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
