Notice is hereby given that the Cannel Board of Zoning Appeals on the 26th day of November,
2007 at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a
Public Hearing upon certain Developmental Standards Variance applications for Maquina Realty
CQrporation ("Applicant"). Applicant is requesting certain Developmehtal Standards Variances
relating to ground signage for an existing retail center located on an approximately 3.01 acre
parcel located at 10485 North Michigan Road, Carmel, Indiana.
These requests are as follows: Docket No. 071 000 18V - ground sign not facing a public right-
of-way; and 071 0003 7V - number of signs per tenant. The real estate affected by said
application is legally described as follows:
West Cannel Center, Block C, Lot 3.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above application, either in writing
or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place.
Interested persons may also tile written comments prior to the meeting. The hearing may be
continued from time to time as may be found necessary,
