Michigan Road. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 07100018V and 07100037 V Development Standards Variances for ground sign not facing right-of-way and number of signs per tenant with the Commitment the extraneous items used for advertising by the various tenants will be removed. Please be advised that per Section 30.0505: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, ora written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date ofthe approval is November 26, 2008. Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07. Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the sign approved pursuant to the aforementioned Development Standards Variance must be established within one (l) year. The expiration date of the approval is November 26, 2008. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy ofthis letter Witll your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
