CITY O'F CARMEL DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES Division of Planning & Zoning LET T E R of G RAN T November 27, 2007 Paul Reis Bose McKinney & Evans, LLP 301 Pennsylvania Parkway, Suite 300 Indianapolis, IN 46280 Re: The Corner signage - 07100019 V - 07100023 V Dear Mr. Reis: At the meeting held Monday, November 26, 2007, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located on 11588 Westfield Blvd. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 07100019V through 07100023 V Development Standards Variances for ground sign in Carmel Drive/Range Line Road Overlay, number of signs per tenant, all tenants not represented on ground sign, height of ground sign, and sign located in right-of-way with the Condition the Cily will not need to compensate for the sign for any taking oflhe right-of-way in the future. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Vmiance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department The expiration date of the approval is November 26, 2008. Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the sign approved pursuant to the aforementioned Development Standards Variance must be established within one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is November 26, 2008. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
