Carmel Drive Retail Development (Meiier Outlot) signage - 07100026 V - 07100029 V Dear Mr. Reis: At the meeting held Monday, November 26, 2007, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at the 1400 block of West Carmel Drive, NE comer of Pennsylvania Street and West Cam1e1 Drive. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 07100026 V, 07100027 V and 07100029 V Development Standards Variances for retail entrances on west far;ade, number of parking spaces in front of building, and number of tenant signs. APPROVED: Docket No. 07100028 V for signage facing east with NO VOTE for signage facing north. Docket No. 07100028 V for signage facing north will need to be re-heard at the December 17,2007 meeting. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, tl1e aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (I) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is November 26,2008. Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the sign approved pUrsuant to the aforementioned Development Standards Variance must be established within one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is November 26, 2008. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
