Dear Mr. Calderon:
We have reviewed the TAC submittal to the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office on March 8,
2007 for this project and have the following comments:
1. The proj~ct in located in the unincorporated area and MS4 jurisdiction of
Hamilton County.
2. The project falls in the Park Northwestern Regulated Drain Watershed.
3. The proposed site DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Area.
4. The Hamilton County Surveyor's Office has no objections to the rezone.
5. For future design reference, this site will be required to comply with the Hamilton
County Stormwater Technical Standards Manual. including detention meeting the
allowable discharge rates, Phase II stormwatcr quality standards, and discharge to
an acceptable outlet as approved by HCSO.
6. Please submit construction plans and drainage ealculations to OW' office, whr;n
they become availabl~. Also, a pre-design meeting with the engineer on this site
may help to determine the best way to properly dTain this site. If such a meeting
is desired, please schedule the meeting with me once an engineer has been
selected.

We represent Thomas English Retail Real Estate, LLC, which is seeking a rezoning of
approximately 9 acres located at approximately 10212 - 10218 North Michigan Road, from the
existing I-I zoning district to the B-2 zoning district, to allow for commercial development.
Enclosed you will find a conceptual development plan indicating a possible development scheme
for the above-referenced property. Since my client is under contract to purchase the property and
does not own it, the development scheme may chelnge. In any event, this rezoning proposal will
be up for the March 21, 2007, agenda of the Teclmical Advisory Committee, and we look
