7:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Cannel, Indiana 46032 will hold a
Public Hearing upon an application for approval of a pritnary plat for a subdivision of27 lots on
33.161 acres to be known as Sedgwick, as well as an application for a 6ubdivision waiver from
the requireme11tlj of Section 6.3.15 of the Subdivision Control Ordinance to permit the street
